BIO

Namaste. I was born to a Danish father and an American-Israeli mother. It was July 11th, 1981. The city was Amsterdam. At the age of 9 - everything prior to that is juvenile - I produced, directed and starred in my first play. What inspired this endeavor remains a mystery. But I'm fairly certain my mom, Whoopi Goldberg, Larry King and Mary-Louise Parker were intensely involved. As a kid I spent a few years living in magical Paris and majectic Copenhagen. After graduating from the International School of Amsterdam, where I played roles like Anouilh's Creon, Grease's Kenickie, and Brecht's Tiger Brown, I accepted a scholarship to London's Mountview Academy of Performance Art. I graduated from Mountview early, with degree in hand, to accept professional work, off the back of a very successful showcase. I came to New York City for one week. It was the worst week of my life. So I stayed to right the wrong, knowing... I was home. I've been receiving awards and incredible reviews for my work as an actor and producer. YAY! This feels good! With an ever increasing list of credits to my name, I have begun to align myself with projects that count, speak up, raise questions and inspire change... the producing was essential to seeing these projects succeed! And as Life would have it, so came to be another passion, to create! In my "extra" time, I run a Spiritual healing office offering a variety of holistic practices. My goal is to affect change, whether through story telling or one on one sessions with clients. I am grateful for my passion and my art! My ten year anniversary is approaching which I hear makes me an official New Yorker. But... in my heart I've always been a New Yorker... a New York Jew. Follow me on twitter and facebook, add me on LinkedIn, check me out on IMDB... Follow the links page... Do whatever... I don't bite. Okay, so maybe I do! If and when appropriate.
